Tovanot B’Hinuch

Tovanot B’Hinuch (Insights in Education) is an initiative to empower principals, helping them realize their potential as leaders and social entrepreneurs, actively providing the needs of all their students, be they educational, emotional or social. This conception turns schools into a major anchor in the lives of students and the community, making it a place worthy of admiration. The initiative accomplishes this by establishing action committees and through cooperation with the Ministry of Education, local authorities, industry, the Defense Establishment, third sector organizations, academia, and many donors. The initiative was founded in September 2011 by Karen Tal (winner of the Charles Bronfman prize for her educational activities, and principal of the Bialik-Rogozin campus in Tel Aviv for many years).
