Mitam

Mitam is a non-profit organization which aims to provide an umbrella for human resources in Israeli non-profit organizations. Mitam seeks to promote the third sector in Israel by professionalizing and fostering the excellence of the manpower of organizations working with it—on both the administrative and staff levels. Mitam provides its customers a number of solutions for recruiting and managing human resources, while placing emphasis on the development of organizations’ recruitment processes and the implementation of advanced methods to manage and mobilize workers.
